At BET Media Group (Paramount), Kiah has led large-scale digital design initiatives for major cultural tentpoles including the BET Awards, BET Experience, and the NAACP Image Awards. She has shaped the visual identity of original digital series, spearheaded UX/UI design for the BETX platform, and led innovative campaigns such as “The Greatest Rap Crew of All Time” for the network’s Hip Hop 50 celebration. Most recently, she drove creative execution for “Immersed,” BET’s cutting-edge digital cover initiative.
Her work spans industries from fashion, beauty, and luxury to media and publishing, with collaborations including Essence Magazine, Maker’s Mark, and SheaMoisture. Known for her keen eye for detail and ability to merge strategy with artistry, Kiah delivers design that is both culturally resonant and visually timeless.
Currently, she is open to senior design and art direction roles (remote) while continuing to grow Pario Studios, partnering with brands that value creativity, culture, and bold storytelling.
